Pneumatic setter of relative pressure ZR-2000P
INTRODUCTION:
ZR-2000P type setter is a pneumatic source of a relative pressure. It is driven by hand using the handwheel
The device consists of:
- main body with two stub pipes
- pneumatic cylinder,
- piston with the threaded piston rod
- needle valve connecting to the atmosphere
- drive case with handwheel
- main stand with fixing holes
- needle valves - separate for each stub pipe
The device enables applying the pressure using manual handwheel that does not shift with the movement of the piston along its axis. This saves space in the laboratory as the handwheel can be placed at a short distance from the edge of the table. Threaded part of the piston rod coated with grease is placed inside the device therefore it does not provide any risk of soiling clothes of the operator. All drive elements are covered, so it improves the comfort of the operator.
The device has a lightweight and compact design. Ball bearings used in this device provide a silent, smooth and precise work.

- the base plate coated witch antistatic layer and placed on adjustable feet,
- metric and inch connectors,

Methodology of the devices is the same as in previously extensively used in the metrology typical pressure setting devices.
We provide 24 month limited warranty for the device.
The ZR series setters have been selected as standard equipment, in the Polish military Metrology Laboratories.
The device has been reported as being the invention in the Polish Patent office.
