MM-1

Torque meter MM-1 is a workshop device for checking torque wrenches, and after applying the Pr-1 snap-in is used for torque testing workshops pneumatic tools.

The device consists of torque transducers (in number of 1 to 3) and a microprocessor module with backlit readout LCD display and keyboard.

With using the keyboard, the operator enters the theoretical torque amount and the precision class of the key (both are visible on the display) .

Then after manually loading torque wrench inserted into the square hole, the display shows the actual value of the measured torque.

At the same time the display shows whether the tested wrench comprises in the precision class or not.

Poor accuracy of the tested wrench is also signaled by a beep.

The device has an RS-232 port for connecting it to your computer.

You can also purchase a computer program that allows the registration of carried out wrench or pneumatic tools checks and archiving of results.

Device, according to ordering request, is supplied with one, two or three built-in torque tranceivers with different measuring ranges.

It is also possible to increase the amount of previously purchased transducers in the MM-1 device at no additional charge for installation.

The devices are designed to used in the workshop. Is fixed by screwing to the table.
